Return and Satisfaction Policy


15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Color Me Africa Fine Arts Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your original artwork purchase. If you change your mind after receiving an original piece, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us. You may choose one of the following options:

  • Store Credit: Receive store credit for the full purchase price of your artwork.
  • Refund: Get a refund to your original payment method, less a 20% processing fee calculated from the total purchase amount.

If you need assistance in finding a replacement artwork, we are pleased to offer a complimentary art advisor to help you discover the perfect piece for your collection.

Returns Due to Damage or Misrepresentation

If your original artwork arrives damaged or does not match the description provided, you may return it for a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Shipping Instructions

All return shipments must be coordinated through Color Me Africa Fine Arts Gallery. Please ensure that your artwork is shipped in its original packaging, including all certificates and accompanying documents received with your order.

Refund Details

Refunds will be processed based on the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.

Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any way after purchase. No refunds will be granted after the 14-day period.

Price Adjustment Policy

Discount Code Application After Purchase

Color Me Africa Fine Arts Gallery provides a price adjustment policy for customers up to seven (7) days following the date of purchase. This policy applies to all CMFA Gallery products, including both Originals and Prints.

Procedure for Discount Code Adjustment

If you did not apply a discount code during checkout, or if you entered the wrong code, you are eligible to request a price adjustment as long as your purchase was made within the last five days. What do I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

All customers have the right to return an artwork pursuant to our [Returns Policy](https://support.saatchiart.com/hc/en-us/articles/14673570463643).

We work closely with our artists to ensure their packaging methods are professional grade, with the highest care and consideration. If your purchase arrives with damage, please [contact our Support Team](https://support.saatchiart.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) for immediate attention on the matter. When you submit your inquiry to your Sales Advisor, please provide as many details as possible about the situation; describe the way the package was received, describe the packaging the artist used, describe the damage itself in full detail. Photos are extremely helpful with our Support investigations.

Once you receive your artwork please put onto the original packaging. Return shipments must be arranged through CMAFA Gallery and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order) unless you are otherwise directed.

Please advise you not to tamper with the damaged work, as there may be a solution for restoration, we can advise you with.
