In 2020, Ajibola began his formal artistic training at the esteemed Ebenezer Akinola Studio under the mentorship of acclaimed Nigerian artist Ebenezer Akinola. This formative experience refined his technical skills in painting and figure drawing while shaping the distinctive style that defines his work today

Working primarily in painting, Ajibola explores themes of identity, culture, and social consciousness. His practice blends realism and abstraction, using the human figure as a powerful vehicle to examine the complexities of lived experience. Deeply inspired by his Yoruba heritage, his work challenges societal norms and invites thoughtful dialogue.
