Cancellation Policy
Canceling Original Orders
Collectors have the right to cancel their order for an original artwork at any time prior to shipment. If you are unsatisfied with the work upon receipt, you may return it if the CMAFA Gallery is notified within the 10-day Return Policy period.
We encourage you to allow the shipment to arrive so that you have the opportunity to view the artwork in person before deciding whether to keep it. If, however, you are certain that you do not wish to keep the artwork, please contact our Support Team immediately at info@colormeafricafineartsgallery.com or call (312) 477-6077. Be sure to provide your order details for prompt assistance.
All return shipments must be arranged through CMAFA Gallery. Please ensure that the artwork is shipped back in its original packaging, including all certificates and accompanying materials received with your order.
Canceling Open Edition Print Orders
Once payment has been successfully processed for an open edition print, your order is immediately submitted for production. If you wish to cancel an open edition print order, please be aware that it may not be possible to stop the order if production has already begun. Additionally, changes cannot be made to a print order once production has started.
If you need to cancel shortly after your purchase or if the order was placed in error, please submit a request through our contact form. We will confirm whether it is possible to process the cancellation based on the production status.
Important: All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be returned in USD. Saatchi Art is not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result when a payment is reversed.

Final Sale Items
Special Collection, Limited Edition, and Open Edition artworks, as well as print frames, are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please complete a return request form so we can assist you promptly.
